- fook yuuFeb 17, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Bad customer service. I took my bicycle (which is in very good condition) to get a loan and got turned away. The lady inside didn't even inspect my bike and the components it has. She just glanced at it from 15 feet away behind the counter and called it a beater bike. She said they don't take cheap bikes but my bicycle sells for $130-$150 everywhere else. Ironically, they have crappy beater bikes out front. I went to a better pawn shop down the street got a loan instantly and they even offered to buy it off me. Do not go there unless you want to waste time.
