But felt victimized by one of the owners when i tried to explain what happened. Judging from all the negative reviews this company clearly does not get it at all.

They will quote hose price and then substitute with a substandard product. Returned and still replaced with different product that was quoted to me. This has happened on two different occasions and has cost me time and money.
