    Horrible customer service..air machine for tires was not working. Went inside to tell the associate and was rudely told that they had nothing to do with the machine. I told her there was a 711 logo at the top of it so they obviously did. On phone with corporate office now..avoid this location. Always crowded and homeless people like to make the side parking lot their hangout.

    This is the 3rd time in a couple weeks I get told the system is down and they can't do transactions at all.
