    I dont like going to Ace however when I do, there is a cool guy names Edward who is always helpful and polite to anyone who walks into the store. He should be a manager. HE gives the best customer service ever!!!

    There is a nice guy that is always very helpful. There is also a short, rude black woman who makes up policies for the company as to why they cannot help you. I was told I had to have a bank account to procure a title loan (completely inaccurate) then told today she would have to hold my cash until the check cleared the bank (even though she had already verified funds were available and I have cashed this check here multiple other times)

    Very frustrating.
