  Never again will I deal with this dealership.. I purchased Mercedes from them in 2014 worked with Cash and Jared. Cash is great no complaints about him at all. Recently I was in the market to purchase another Mercedes but I had a particular new model I was looking for. I contacted Cash and we spoke a few times he told me he wasn't there much due to personal reason but he would have Jared call me and also gave me his number. He said Jared would take care of me and don't deal with anyone but him because they all play games and back door eachother. I had no reason to believe he would given he had previously taken care of me. I called the dealsership asked for Jared at that point I got someone else forgot his name he said he was Jared's boss and would have him call me and after that he did the normal back door salesman move and asked was their anything he could help with I told him what I was looking for and wanted to work with Jared he then stated he could work on finding the vehicle and if I would go online and fill out a application and he would "get it to Jared" sure he would. I gave him my email and told him if they found the vehicle they could email me photos. He was also insisting that he would get me in something else until they could find the car I wanted, yeah not going to happen I would never get myself stuck in some vehicle I don't want. About a hour later he sends photos of one stating it would be a fee for him to go get it and next step fill out app for him I emailed back and said I would fill everything out once I heard from Jared. That guy stopped reaching out after he got the point I knew he was trying to take the sale. I called Cash back to tell him about what was going on he said Jared was about to call me and he did about 15 minutes later. I informed Jared I'm ready to go like yesterday and I wanted to drive away that day or the next. I was financially able to buy it out right but I wanted a note for credit purpose so I was going to put down 5-10k. He texted me a application, pretty much Jared said he was working on it and would update me when he heard something back from the bank he was working with after I did all the applications and even sent 9 plus months of bank statements and all my personal information. Supposably it was a issue that my name wasn't reflecting on my business statements even after sending documents directly from my bank that reflected who were the owners of the account and business. I had to call every few hours just to get a update that day. Last call he said he was still waiting and would hear something shortly and call me but he insisted he would get back to me shortly. His attitude was as if he was bothered and could careless about the sale. That was last Saturday... today is Saturday again. Never heard a thing not even hey I couldn't get it or anything as a courtesy to their return customer. The day I spoke with Jared I worked with autos of Dallas had the vehicle I wanted multiple of them I did all the financing via phone came in to sign and drove off the lot with a 2017 Mercedes. Don't waste your time with this dealership they don't value their customers one bit. Bullet dodged.
