  They never put ice packs or silver lining to keep the fridge and freezer items cold. This has been happening since Dec 2017 and still going.
  
  Edit 5/16/18 the day after this review got a lot of views they used one ice pack and I got my hopes up. Then, the next days (16, 17, 18) no ice packs were provided. :(
  
  Edit 5/20/18 Probably not using the service anymore after a few years of using it non stop! Items arrive warm because there is no ice, ice packs, or dry ice. This has been going on for half a year and they will not change their ways! You could always just order dry shelf items from them, but really they need to force the Dallas location to use ice packs in every single bag that has fridge or freezer items. Especially because recently drivers have been late! That means 2 and a half hours in the backseat (or trunk) of a hot car during the summer! (YUCK) A day before my birthday I had a day trip planned and when I was suppose to be leaving when they arrived late with an entire bag left out! The bags are numbered so he should have noticed it said 1/3 on one of the bags and 3/3 on the other so the 2/3 bag was missing. I had to call right away because I was fuming. Them being late caused me to be late to my day trip. Them leaving a bag out caused me to be late to my birthday party the following day because I had to stop by a physical whole foods to make sure I got the patties they left out....TWICE! :) I could not risk ordering from them again because chances are something would go wrong! The stress caused around my birthday is the last straw for me! I busted my butt to have an amazing birthday and they wasted a bunch of my time! On top of this, the drivers are jerks and don't seem to understand how to act . They will sit and argue with you about being late at 10:30 at night. Lying saying they were driving around the parking lot when you can see them on the map 30 mins from your house with 10 mins left on the delivery time slot. Awhile back I had a guy drop off my stuff and say he would be back with the last bag. He never showed back up so I had the customer service connect me to the driver over the phone. The driver kept lying over and over explaining that he did bring the bag up to us. It is so annoying for some idiot to tell you he put you huge bag of items on your porch when he didn't so words started flying and he said what I said back to me which was you're a pos! I imagine this is why they will not talk to the drivers anymore whatsoever once they leave your house. I eventually found my bag downstairs on my neighbors door while on the phone with customer service! I am so f***ing sick of this s***. Hire more people that seem like your average American.
