They are scammers. The lied to us charging an insurance we don't want. When we wanted changed, the staff guy said us, this is the insurance from Expedia. Something which later we would know it was a lie.
When we returned the car we have another unexpected charged who anybody cannot say us why. No in the office, neither in customer service. Never again.
