    I was at the Belmont Bar early on a Saturday evening. Small casual friendly atmosphere. You can sit outside and watch downtown Dallas across the river. It's a hotel bar in the Belmont Hotel. Lots of character compare to the industrial strength locales that are downtown. Yet very close to the downtown.
