  Let me first say, I’ve been coming to this Celebrity for almost 15 years. I love the food and the atmosphere. But today I received some of the worst customer service I’ve ever gotten, and I work in retail.
  
  Britney did not want me in their store. I cheerfully greeted her with a hello and she gruffly responded “hi” like it was an imposition to even have to speak to me. I work nearby so I’m in this celebrity 3- maybe 4 times a week. As I walked to front, and I saw her seeing me walk to the front, she turned her back and began sweeping. That left me waiting at the front counter for nearly 3 minutes. I know 3 minutes doesn’t sound like a lot, but it’s huge for a customer waiting to place an order in an otherwise empty restaurant. Especially when I only get 30 minutes for lunch.
  
  I placed my order, finally, and she angrily asks “is that all??!” Like it’s not her job to take an order from people at a restaurant where she is the cashier. I order a drink. “You done now?”
  
  I’ve already wasted 10 min of my 30 minute lunch at this point so there’s no turning back.
  
  Unprofessional. Aggressive. Not at all what you expect for Celebrity in this area.
