- G MorrisonNov 10, 2018★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I've banked with Chase for several decades, personal checking and savings accounts. Four years ago, I opened a business checking account with them. Recently, I changed my business' name. They forced me to open a 3rd checking account under the new business name refusing to simply change the name on the old business account. I've been banking with them long enough that this should've been a much easier process. I did not feel like a valued customer - very disappointing.
