  Very poor customer service. I purchased an air cleaner for my new build and when it came time to install the motor and use the cleaner I realized it wouldn't fit because of the drop base hitting my Fitech. I went back (past the 30days it says on the receipt that I had) and asked to exchange it for a flat base and the first thing out of the workers mouth was it will be a 20% restock fee. Even for an exchange. The unit was completely unmarked and all the small pieces weren't even unpackaged yet. The box was immaculate as it was sitting on a shelf while I was completing the build.
  
  Summit Racing has taken back parts after 6 months and thanked me for doing business with them. Guess this is the final nail in the coffin for Dallas Mustang with me. Summit racing is considerable more affordable on most items even after the two day shipping. Summit will be opening in Arlington soon as well. I guess Dallas Mustang doesn't need my business and is willing to lose it over a technicality of "past 30 days" Maybe their revenue volume is dropping from losing customers and that's why their price points are higher than everyone else.
