  This is the worst nail salon experience I’ve had so far. When I walked in, I was greeted kindly and was seated at one of the tables. When the lady who did my nails, Tina, came by, she had the wrong color of the dip powder that I had chosen. The shape of the nails were not what I had asked for, but she was too far along to change my mind. Furthermore, the shape of the nails are not even. The tip of each nail has its own shape. To make matters worse, it was an eye opener of the poor hygiene this nail salon has. The tools used looked so dirty, as if they were not sanitized regularly. Even worse, we pay so much money to get our nails done, and the tools they use are not even in good quality. All the nail polishes for the dip powder were running out, instead of getting a new one, she started mixing nail polishes with others that were not even in the same brand. All of the tops of the nail polishes were getting stuck to the actual nail polish container. In the middle of my session, she stops to clean most of her tools and nail polishes. At the end, she continued to clean her tools, skipped the hand massage and just asked me to wash my hands. I can definitely say that I will not be coming back, because customer service was not a priority here. The only reason why I have 2 stars, is because I was able to go to another salon and fix the shape. I payed 55 dollars and that was most definitely not worth it. I would not recommend coming to this salon.
