  Very upset on being charged twice with two different amounts! I went here very early Sunday Morning 05/20 to have a little breakfast after celebrating my sisters bday. The waitress was very nice and even sang to my sister. After going up to the register to pay I used my card and she told me it was declined which I knew I had money on my card and I was advised that around 3am the systems re-boot which is fine so in turn she took my card swiped it on one machine and then swiped it on another. After that I was given a receipt for the amount paid. I checked my bank account Monday and noticed two charges on my account. I called and the manager was very standoffish at the time and seemed like she had the answers to everything already when I tried to explain and then advised me that it was because i tipped on the card and it was not and that the charge would fall off. I tipped with cash after the whole re-boot fiasco. I tried to explain that and I told her I would call back because I knew it wasn't. I called back the next day. The manager seemed nicer. Not sure if it was the same one and she advised me to call my bank so now I have to go thru this aggravating process to have a charge removed for their mistake. Now I do not think I will be back to that location. I felt like I was taken advantage of when I was there and not given the real deal on what was going on. If I do go back I will only use cash..The two stars are for the waitress.
