    I have been a member for a few years and the customer service has definitely declined over the years. New front desk receptionist are not familiar with policies and procedures so you incorrectly get charged for things and the manager Jennifer gets upset with you when her team makes mistakes. I have even been charged for massages that have been paid for and show on my account. I recently contacted Jennifer regarding an issue and she was not helpful and stated that the problem had been corrected and it still has not been resolved. The poor customer service and lack of training displayed by Jennifer and her front desk team will definitely hurt the company in the long run. Brian is an AMAZING massage therapist and I would highly recommend him if you don't mind looking past the poor customer service.
