    My family always stay at embassy suites wherever we travel. We are always happy with our stay! However this was our first time at this location. We are disappointed and not happy with our stay. Right from coffee during breakfast service, the quality was cheap. Also when we ordered in food from outside and requested the hotel staff for disposable plates, their response was rude. We understand if they cannot offer plates, the response could have been polite. One thing I am sure of is we are never going to choose this location again , and not even recommending our friends.
