  It was okay, they have nice cars. However, they did not print my brother's obituaries as stated but we did receive a refund back on that part. Also, the family car driver/lady who led the family was NOT friendly at all. She don't smile and stands there as if someone owes her something. Evergreen needs to choose another person to lead the family, because her ethics are all messed up. She's medium built, somewhat tall, age 40's-50's, and wears sunglasses or those transition glasses when in the sun. I didn't like her spirit, just not friendly, it doesn't cost anything to smile especially when you are leading a family. There almost was a small conflict between my mother and her...who does that? My mother apologize ONLY because she's a Christian, but do you think the driver said "it's okay," "don't worry about it" etc.... TAH! At the same, the one who help prepare the funeral, Clifton was nice and friendly. The guy who directed the wake was nice as well, but that family car driver is something else. My brother was looking good, however, my mother wasn't happy with the hair cut, and at first, they had the wrong color flowers (but they were switched). Overall, they are okay, they just need to have everyone on the same page and EVERYONE customer savvy service.
