  Wish I could post pics! Before my appointment with Haliey, I sent her a picture of my hair, she said I had long and beautiful hair and she was going to slay it. The day of the appointment, it was at 1. Didn't get started till 230 which was no problem because I was going to have the owner do my hair. Last time I had been to this salon Amanda did my hair. She did an amazing job. This time the owner left the bleach in my hair for way too long. That it burned a lot of my hair off! Afterwards the owner joked about me having bangs. I will admit before all this I had tried to tone my own hair. I had a few strands that were shorter but not at all how it is now. Half the top of my head is 3 inches long because it burnt off. When I tried to contact (keep in mind she had given me her Snapchat. I also texted the number that I had been contacting her on for days )she proceeded to tell me that my hair was already ruined. She told me that when I walked into her salon that I signed a waiver and that was my agreement that there was nothing I could do after her doing this to my hair. But I signed nothing.. worst experience ever!! She did offer to do a masks I think but after this I didn't even want to step foot in that salon again. I won't go into all the other things I could go into! Bottom line I had to spend hundreds on hair products and extensions. If you go to this salon you need to have your eyes open and not be so trusting specially with the owner. Besides that Amanda did a fabouls job the time before! I am now starting the process of masks and growing my hair. The way it's burnt, if I was to get a cut my hair would be 2 inches from my scalp as far as length (in the top half of my head that was burned off), I'm constantly trying to keep nutrients in it, letting it grow. I've also bought extensions because my hair lost more than half of the volume it had before! :( :( My hair is so course where it was burnt that I can't do anything with it. Wish I could show you and post pics! It was very negligent of her to keep the bleach in that long! And also after she saw what she had done to my hair for her to be so rough and in a hurry and not mention one thing about after care products or something to help with my hair. It's super negligent, Sorry so long :( I've been needing to get that out!! At least now I can warn someone and maybe this will open her eyes and make her pay better attention.
