    There has been sewer back-up since December in one of their buildings. The property manager informed me, verbally, that it was a City of Dallas issue with their sewer line. I spoke with Gilbert, with Waste Management with the City of Dallas who informed me that there was no sewer line break, and that upon investigation, that this was a private property matter. The property manager allowed an open sewer line exposure for residents in one of the buildings to go on for over one month. Additionally, there is lingering sewage smells in the elevators. The way the property has addressed this is by installing electronic automatic air fresheners near the elevators instead of re-hiring a crew to take definitive action.
