  I live in the house next door. The fence dividing the property has been falling over for months and yesterday finally gave way. The management has been propping it up with pieces of scrap wood. When I arrived home I saw he fence had broke apart was about to fall over so I replaced the scrap wood that they had used to prop it up. 5 mins later I see a women wondering around my park area so I walk outside. First words out of her mouth? "Do you F***ing live here?" she then begins a tirade of vulgarities and accuses me of trying to break the fence and that shes seen me throwing trash over the fence for months now. I've only lived here for a month at this point and pick up beer bottles and fast food trash daily that is dropped over the fence onto my side... I told the women to leave the property or I would call the police. I then went to go speak with the manager of Gastonian only to find out the screaming women IS THE MANAGER. Shocked I try to compose myself and tell her if she has an issue she may speak with my landlord. At this point she begins screaming and cussing again and three men enter to office and begin yelling with her. At this point I just left. My grandfather taught me long ago there is no point arguing with idiots or fools. I have also had to call the police twice in the month I've lived next to this place for music being blasted at 1am and another time a fight break out between two residents over noise problems. So that's what you can expect from Gastonian, trash thrown everywhere, music blasted at all hours and a hostile staff that accosts their neighbors. This place is so over run with its own filth they can't even keep it with in their own borders.
