  After a REALLY bad experience here (it was so bad I actually called the manager, not common for me) I decided to give it a second chance for my state registration Inspection. Not sure if multiple people had the same bad experience with the same HORRIBLE representative but the place made some changes!
  
  Calling in to make my appointment was met with a PERSON (not an automated option greeting “press 1 for...” etc) which was not the case before. And this PERSON was so nice and helpful. Not rude and brushing me off as had happened in the past.
  
  When I went in for my appointment I was immediately greeted by a tech, who then very quickly brought me to a service agent. They quickly identified my need and got paperwork drawn up and my keys and I was ushered to their waiting room that had coffee, soda, and snacks. Perfect for right after work errand.
  
  Checking out was quick, efficient, and most importantly FRIENDLY. Even though this was an after 5 pm appointment, I knew these people had probably been there most of the day (and most likely tired and very ready to go home), I was greeted with a smile and dispatched with a smile.
  
  I understand these are the small things. But the small stuff matters. No one wants to have to get car maintenance done after a long day of work (as I had) and then deal with some barely there employees just shuffling me through.
  
  Whatever changes were made, THANK YOU and keep this standard. I will return with customer service and environment like this.
