  DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS WEBSITE!! I’m about to file suit against this company.
  
  I bought my husband a new wedding band for our anniversary LAST May!! I tried to exchange it, and after 8 months I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE REPLACEMENT RING! I can’t believe I let this go on so long, honestly, but they have had ample opportunity to right this issue and I have been more than patient! I emailed MULTIPLE TIMES to check the status and have been more than patient and understanding, but it’s ridiculous that they have had over $500 of my hard-earned money for 8 months and haven’t provided a ring, a refund, or an explanation!! I guess if you’re sure you’re picking the absolute perfect ring in the absolute perfect size and don’t need to deal with them beyond the original purchase, you may be okay, but if you may just need some customer service, I would spend your money elsewhere!!
