  Working with Lauren made a very chaotic and stressful process much easier and smoother than my fiance and I had ever expected. My fiance was using an heirloom stone from his grandmother's ring and she was able to provide him all the help to get it reset in a more modern setting/ring. Not only was she prompt to answer emails, accommodating to our schedule (willing to meet with my fiance at our own apt building), but she has also provided us with great recommendations as well. I went with her suggestion for ring resizing and for ring insurance.
  I needed to have my ring resized and her rec gave me a 10% discount and they resized my ring in 30min!! Thats crazy fast! My greatest appreciate is that although I'm terrible and respond slowly to emails, Lauren is fast and gets us the answer we need right away. We'll definitely be returning to get her help with wedding bands! Thanks Lauren!

  My best friend's fiance had worked with Lauren and sang her praises--now I know why! Lauren is so much fun to work with. She is very knowledgeable about fine jewelry and honest in her recommendations.
  She isn't stuffy and doesn't pressure you during the process. We made a custom eternity band, and it turned out beautifully. She has great turnaround time and is very communicative. I will definitely work with her again on future pieces!
