    Massage Envy really struggles with understanding the lifetime value of a customer. I booked a couples massage and managed to be late for my appointment by 30 minutes. I don't remember them ever saying that I have to pay the full amount if I show up 30 minutes late. Either way, the response I got was not thoughtful. We felt completely robbed and didn't feel like a customer. Needless to say, the pay in full for no show policy does not say you are customer centric. Good luck maintaining positive brand sentiment. Not from us.
