  OttoSource’s staff was very professional and attentive on the first night that I came to look at a vehicle. I did set an appointment with Mario for the next day, but I happened to be in the area so I stopped by to check out the dealership. The staff was very polite and efficient. Since it was a Friday evening by the time we were able to sit down to see what offers finance companies could come back with the banks had already closed. Upon speaking with Mario, he seemed very confident that he could get me into a new vehicle and had little doubt in it falling through. I left on Friday night and we agreed to meet again in the morning. When I arrived to see offers he quickly pulled me into his office to tell me that none of the banks were interested and that I simply needed to raise my credit. While this is something I completely understand I do feel as though a courtesy call from the staff that morning after that information had been relayed to them would have been beneficial as I live very far from the dealership. Unfortunately, I did not think to call that morning because of the confidence that the sales members had in my wages and payment history being enough to compensate for my credit being just slightly lower than ideal for an auto loan. I do feel as though that I could have been contacted prior to my long commute to the dealership, but overall they are very friendly and their vehicles are priced well and in great condition.
