    This is my second year staying in Pear Ridge. I would have been gone after the first year but just did not have time to do the move. Not only have I had to call multiple time for service and the air barely works at night during hot seasons. I have experience little worms, nats and just yesterday my boyfriend killed a baby snake in my wash room. When i went into the office asking for another apartment I was told I had to pay a fee and wait until October. I am very disappointed in this complex and I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
