What was Ray's is now Service City. What appears to be - from my experience with them - nothing more than a bad home warranty call. More interested in a quick buck than resolving issues.
I've dealt with Ray's in the past and this is NOT them.
As an update:
They did honor their money back guarantee. I got it in the mail - and promptly.
