  I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!! Especially, paying close to $9000.00 for cremation and services. The day of my grandfather's visitation (3/10/2018) was downright unorganized, unprofessional, and disappointing. Jennifer is the coordinator that organized the whole thing but never picked up my phone calls or reply to my text messages that day. Till this day I have not yet heard from her or receive an apology or concerns from her. what kind of coordinator doesn't answer their clients calls. everything from beginning to end didn't go the way she promise me that it will be. 1) my grandpa bread and mustached was not shaved as I requested. 2) my grandpa’s flowers on top of his casket did not arrive until 11am and his visitation started at 8:30, not only that, I found it sitting outside of our room and I had to bring it in myself. 3) his book for people to sign and template wasn’t made until 12pm after I’ve complained to the front desk. 4) his picture slide show wasn’t made until 12pm after I complained. All these things were supposed to be done BEFORE THE SERVICE! But no, it was done on the same day after I complained!!! 5)my grandpa was supposed to be move from the small service room to the chapel at 5:30 pm, at 5:44 I went to the front desk to ask how much longer and they have no knowledge that he was supposed to be move and the front desk lady had the nerve to tell me that my family and I had to HELP HER MOVE MY GRANDPA!!!! I’m paying $9000.00 to you guys and your telling me I have to work on my grandpa’s funeral!!!!!! EVERYONE BEWARE!!!!
