    I bought a couch and paid in full. On the condition thy would deliver it upon the agreed date. I took an unpaid vacation day from work to receive this couch. They did not deliver on the agreed day nor have the courtesy to let me know. I called to inquire about the missed delivery and asked when to expect my couch as I’ll have to take another unpaid vacation day to receive. “They simply responded, sorry we don’t know when you’ll receive your couch, but we will keep you posted”. I then asked if they could waive the delivery fee or do anything to hold themselves accountable for the missed delivery and my unpaid vacation day. They replied sorry we cannot do anything. I will do everything I can to destroy this locations reputation after the way I’ve been treated
