  Didn't live up to reputation for me on the service.
  I purchased a CTS in March. Had the tires rotated in May (here). In September (at 14,000 miles), the front 2 tires were bald on the outside, but not on the inside. I asked for them to check the alignment to see what was going on. They would only do that if I paid them $140 for the alignment. After I complained for a while, they offered to cover half the cost of the alignment cost. After I complained for another day, they finally made me an offer I considered fair.
  Also, it has been difficult getting a response from them. I have had to call multiple times to get answers and usually need to wait for hours for them to get back to me. I have asked to speak to a manager multiple times, but have not been connected to one or been called by one.
  I may be judging them too harshly, but that was my experience and I did not leave satisfied.
  
  The Cadillac warranty states "Tire wear due to misalignment beyond the warranty period is not covered" to me that means within the warranty it is covered.
  Additionally, the owners manual says this about alignment "The tires and wheels were aligned and balanced at the factory to provide the longest tire life and best overall performance. Adjustments to wheel alignment and tire balancing are not necessary on a regular basis. "
