    Had a great experience recently at this Starbucks. Was having an issue with my Starbucks app where it said that I had a reward, but the register was not pulling it up. Staff were patient working through the issue, and when they couldn't figure out why the reward wasn't working they honored it anyway. I appreciated their patience and dedication to a good customer experience.
