  If you go around 1:45am during the week, don't expect to get a hot tortilla around your burrito.
  At the drive thru I placed my order then was told go to the window with not a total on my food and no thank you. So, I sent around, the young lady opened the window and just have me the total, with no hello or anything, seemed as if I was interrupting the party they were having in the back with loud music and cussing. So the young lady comes back to the window with her arm sticking out of the window with my food and not a word. So I grabbed my food which was not asked if I wanted sauce, because I did not have time to she shut the window and walled away.. RUDE!! so I drove around to eat my dinner in the parking lot, cause I work nights and was getting off if work. So, I parked and started to eat my cold food, a if husky man (employee) came out and got in his car, stayed in it for a while then went through the drive thru without order and just drive through then came back to park again. As if the let me know that was "his car". So anyhow, it was a horrible experience I did not need after a long evening of real work...
  Don't go to Taco Bell in the early hours for hot fast food.. they really live up to the name fast food.
