  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND UNIVERSAL PASSPORTS & VISAS! Cathy Stroud did an amazing job. On December 26, I learned that I needed a Chinese Visa quickly for a business trip. I did some online investigation, and was only confused by the options, and wasn't sure which way I should turn. I consulted a friend whose company needs Visas from time to time, and she told me about Universal. I called, and spoke with Cathy. She obviously knows her business! She advised that I should go onto their website, download and complete the necessary forms, and I could bring the forms along with my passport to their office anytime, and that I could either bring new "passport" photos which are required for the Visa application, or they could take the photos for me for only $10. I did as instructed; the forms were easy to find on the site. IF YOU FOLLOW THE CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS on the site when completing the forms, you shouldn't have a problem. I went into the office on December 27, the following day. Cathy was there, and I had no wait at all. She looked over the forms, quickly pointed out a couple of errors we needed to correct, and took my photo. Despite what others have said about their ability to take good photos, this was not the case. They have the perfect camera for the job, and the photo turned out GREAT! I paid the money, and I was out of there in less than 10 minutes! They took care of EVERYTHING! My passport was back from the Consulate with my new 10-year Chinese Visa and ready to be picked up on January 5. That's amazing! Within 6 business days, given that New Year's Day was within that time, I had my VISA back in my hand, and I was ready to leave for China the following week. GREAT JOB, CATHY STROUD and UNIVERSAL PASSPORTS & VISAS! I'll be back when I have the next need for your services.

  Dallas passport office is the best, very well educated employees, helping the applicants, very friendly, I have great experience more than one time with them, thanks for all staff & admin office & the office manager.
