  I was sent over to Urology Clinics of north Texas at medical city suite 230 to have urine sample tested . they asked what I'm there for , I told the nurse that I'm there to do a urine test and filled out some papers she gave me . They took my urine sample then they said I have to see the doctor (Dr Paul Kaplan ) . he visited with me for less than 2 minutes and he said than I can go and the results of the test will take 2-3 weeks . I waited 4 weeks and still no results . I called the clinic the girl that answered said ( THEY LOST MY URINE SAMPLE ) and they wanted me to come again to give them another sample . I don't know really if they lost my urine sample or the had mixed with someone else's . I went back to get refund on the test that they didn't do , they refused to give my money back claiming that what I paid was for the doctor's visit was not for the test . WHY THEY WOULD CHARGE ME FOR SOMETHING I DIDN'T WANT AND NOT CHARGE FOR WHAT I WENT THERE FOR . Simply they are THIEVE'S , They took my money and never did anything and really I will not trust this people to do any work to me or my family . My urine sample results must've went to someone else's chart . If I could give 0 star I would've .
