  Tonight about 10 minutes ago was the 3rd and last time we will visit this location. The staff is slow and sometimes unknowledgeable. The first two times, we went within a span of 2 months and they were “out of buns” both times so we just left and didn’t bother. Since I saw they had the new $5 deals we decided that the third time is a charm. Well, we were terribly wrong. The cashier was very nice and polite, but did forget that our order came with the root beer floats. So we asked and he double checked and then gave us our drinks. We were charged for 2 fried twinkies that we thought we would try, and didn’t receive them. On top of that, they last minute tell us there’s no more chili cheese for the fries that come with our meal (mind you the chili cheese fries are the advertised product that pair with the $5 meal). I honestly think they need better management and a run through of how you’re always going to want to have enough product, not under. This place could have some potential, but if management doesn’t fix the problems and the workers don’t double check.. then there is just going to be less service, money lost, and disappointed customers.
