  Too Difficult To See The Dentist I have used this office for many years, but I recently changed my dentist. The new owner seems fine enough as a dentist, but she doesn't know how to run an office. I tried to give the office time to adjust but in the past 3 years, the office staff is down to one person the best I can tell - and that person assists the dentist on procedures as well so you can only leave messages. The office is understaffed and the dentist tries to do everything including cleanings rather than have others on staff to help out. This sounds good in theory but it means long wait times. After sitting in the front office for 20 minutes, normally I get seated in a dentist chair and then get to wait about 30 more minutes on average. The final straw for me to change dentists is that they can't seem to get schedules correct and even after rescheduling after taking off work, they canceled on me. I'm happy that they called at least because I have shown up twice without being seen due to mistakes. If you can deal with long wait times and not knowing if your appt will be kept, the work she has performed seems pretty good. I had a tooth break and although the permanent crown fell off within a week, after it was put back in place it fits very nicely and I've had no issues. Hopefully the owner will see this and realize something needs to change to keep patients.
